Sonia has over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, predominantly in airlines.

She spent eight years with Quantas Airways in leisure sales, followed by 15 years at British Airways as Sales Manager. She is currently Commercial Director for the UK and GSA markets at Air Transat.

Gary has worked in the airline industry for over 30 years.

He started his career with Air Europe and Virgin Atlantic where he held various roles in Operations. He then moved into the commercial side of the business with Canadian Airlines, oneworld, US Airways, Air New Zealand, South African Airways and latterly Qatar Airways, where he was the Regional Manager of UK/Ireland for 6 years. Gary is also a keen squash player, loves going to music gigs and has an obsession for all things Apple!

Kershaw's mission has been to take the FAA forward and deliver value to airline and associate members throughout his tenure as Chair. Now stepping into the role of Honarary Secretary, he will continue to support the day to day running of the Association.

Andy brings over 27 years experience in the travel industry.

His career began wtih BMI and Gulf Air before expanding into the hotel, travel technology and TMC sectors. He returned to aviation with Finnair as General Manager for the UK, Ireland and Benelux, followed by Air Astana. He is currently Head of Sales UK and South Africa at Norse Atlantic.
